What is the cancellation policy?
You get a 100% refund if you cancel at least
24 hours before your tour date. Tours are
non-refundable inside of 24 hours but you
can email us at info@fallstour.com and we
would be happy to re-schedule.
Do the tours happen rain or shine?
You betcha! Please check the local forecast
and prepare for the elements. In the event
of extreme weather your tour may be post poned or cancelled and you will be notified asap.
Are there private tours?
Absolutely! We can make one of our tour packages private or help customize your own tour itinerary any way you'd like. Click here to learn more.
How much walking is involved?
Not much actually. Only about 50-60 mins of
the total tour duration is spent walking. The rest of the time you're enjoying the attractions.
Is it really all-inclusive?
Absolutely! All attraction entry costs, taxes and fees are included in the price of the tour.
What languages are available?
While we have plans in the future to offer tours in multiple languages, at this time our tours are offered in English only.
Where do we meet?
At the Niagara Parks Welcome Centre (5146 Murray St) 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. You will receive meeting location address and details in your booking confirmation and reminder emails.
Is food included?
Food is not included, but some people bring a light pack to carry a few snacks and water.
